For some reason Drupal's popularity is growing with large companies and the public sector - I don't quite understand why, there are better alternatives out there.

Be as it may, I have done templating work at TheTeam on a public sector website.

We test run Drupal, on a couple of projects at DraftFCB, but then decided against it.
