The brief
Interface development for an ongoing VOD product for a variety of devices.
The deliverables
Development is organized in four or five weeks long sprints, each with its on deliverables, including
- HTML 5 prototypes for set top boxes and handheld devices
- adding features to the web interface;
- refactoring using YUI 3 Test and YUI Docs for unit testing and Javadoc respectively
The team
2 UX experts, several project managers, a dozen Java developers, myself and 2 front end developers, 1 Flex developer, a handful of BA / BDAs, a whole testing team, and an integration team of 3.
The outcome
The prototypes were well received and generated much enthusiasm. Development is ongoing.
