The vast majority of projects I work on require some sort of tracking. More often than not that would be implemented with Google Analytics, but I have used other packages too, such as WebSideStory, and rolled out my own.
The Freesim CMS had a large reporting element, including chart generating code with Open Flash Charts my own.
The FlyBe job was a mini app we built inhouse to generate reports from a third party package.
The others were simple custom built tools.
