Intervid

Helped grow the tiny production department when venture capitalists moved in.

As the dotCom boom was gathering momentum, a group of venture capitalists decided to put money into Intervid and turn them into big players. I had worked on many a small jobs for them in the past, and I impressed them enough for them to recruit me to run the production department, hiring designers, developers, scoping and overseeing projects.

It all started well, we won a large project for the IMO, a United Nations body, but then trouble at board level meant collapse for the whole operation. A shame.
